The Seatown Academy focuses on providing a fun and engaging experience for players. Our program is centered around games and activities that promote teamwork, respect, and friendship. Our highly trained coaches provide guidance and support as players develop their individual skills and learn to work together as a team. Payment Plans

  1. Monthly: If you prefer to divide the payment into monthly installments, we offer this option. Select "Monthly Payment" at the end of the registration process. The total amount will be divided into equal payments that will be automatically charged each month on the same date you registered.

  2. 2 Installments: If you wish to split the payment into two installments, choose the "2 Installments" option at the end of the registration process. Make the first payment at the time of registration, and the second payment will be automatically charged after a specified period.

  3. Full Payment: If you prefer to pay the total amount upfront, we recommend selecting the "Full Payment" option. It is the simplest method for both you and the club.

Refund Policy

  1. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Here is our return policy to ensure fairness and clarity:

  2. Injury: If a player sustains an injury that prevents them from participating in the program, a refund may be granted. We require a signed note from a physician confirming the injury and its impact on the player's ability to continue. This allows us to assess the situation and process the refund accordingly.

  3. Relocation: In the event that a family moves beyond a 50-mile radius of our club headquarters, a refund may be considered. We kindly ask for documentation or proof of relocation to verify the change in residence.

  4. Refund Request: We understand that circumstances can change, and plans may need to be adjusted. If a refund is requested at least one week before the start of the program's first session, we will review the request and consider issuing a refund.

  5. Please note that all refund requests are subject to review and approval. We strive to be fair and accommodating while maintaining the integrity of our programs.
